Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 5, 2026

Gumdroplet ("the app") is developed by Glenn Bacon ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information the app handles and why. The short version: the game itself collects nothing about you, has no accounts, and works offline. The only third party involved is Google AdMob, which serves the optional ads.

Information the app itself collects

None. Gumdroplet has no accounts, no sign-in, no analytics SDK, and no servers of our own. Your settings (sound, haptics, accessibility options), your best score, and your Remove Ads purchase state are stored only on your device.

Advertising (Google AdMob)

The free version of Gumdroplet shows occasional full-screen ads served by Google AdMob. To serve and measure ads, Google may collect and process:

How Google uses this data is described in Google's Privacy & Terms — how Google uses information from partners.

Your choices about ads

In-app purchases

The Remove Ads purchase is processed entirely by Apple through your Apple Account. We never see or store your name, payment details, or billing information. The purchase can be restored on any device signed in to the same Apple Account using "Restore Purchases" in the game's settings.

Children

Gumdroplet is a general-audience game and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has used the app in a way that concerns you, contact us and we will help.

Data retention and sharing

We hold no user data, so there is nothing for us to retain, sell, or share. Data collected by Google AdMob is governed by Google's own retention policies linked above.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy — for example, if a future update adds a new feature that handles data differently — we will update this page and the effective date above.
